This Privacy Policy explains how Week Number Now (“we”, “us”, “the site”), available at https://weekcheck.net, handles information when you visit. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address or other personal information unless you choose to contact us by email. The week number, countdown and calculators run entirely in your browser; dates you enter are not sent to our server.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard server log information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of your visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running and are not used to identify you personally.

Local storage on your device

The site uses your browser’s localStorage to remember two preferences: your chosen week-numbering system (ISO or US, key wn-system) and your light/dark theme (key wn-theme). This information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
